Important Dates:

October 18, 2017:  Parent Circle 5:30 PM-6:30 PM

October 19, 2017: Great BC Shake Out at 10:19 AM

November 13, 2017: Closed in lieu of Remembrance Day

November 15, 2017:  Parent Circle 5:30 PM-6:30 PM

December 21, 2017:  Winter Solstice

December 19, 2017: Last full day of child care before winter break

December 20, 2017: Centre Closed for Winter Break

January 2, 2018: Centre Reopens with regular business hours.

 

Parent Circle:

We invite everyone to get involved in our parent circle which takes place for one hour, every third Wednesday of the month.  We would like to acknowledge that your involvement can come in various forms: attending meetings, providing input to staff in regards to programming, volunteering your gifts, donations of sorts, etc.  Since these meetings take place during dinner, we will provide food at the meetings.  All meetings will take place from 5:30-6:30.  Here are the upcoming meeting dates:

 

October 18, 2017:  Parent Circle 5:30 PM-6:30 PM

November 15, 2017:  Parent Circle 5:30 PM-6:30 PM

There will be no parent circle for December.

 

If you plan on attending, please sign up by the parent board in the front entrance of the daycare and if you have any questions or would like to add anything to the agenda, please call 250-384-3211 ext: 2401 or email joanne.a@vnfc.ca

Childrens art activities will be facilitated by a youth for the meetings.

My son recently began attending the VNFC daycare, and it warmed my heart hearing staff took turned holding him while he napped to help him feel comfortable.  I love knowing my son is given the care that he would get from me so I am able to go to work.
