The Victoria Native Friendship Centre is a registered private post-secondary educational institution, a member of the Association of Aboriginal Post-Secondary Institutions, a member of the National Association of Indigenous Institutes of Higher Learning, an agency of the United Way and a member of the provincial and national associations of Friendship Centres.
The VNFC is also affiliated with a number of Aboriginal and general Non - Government Organizations as well as government committees. They include, but are not limited to:
